Project Dignity LB - Homeless Outreach 

 Monday's Matter at MacArthur Park 

Project Dignity is a collaboration of community based organizations started in February 2022; Care Closet LB, Peer Education Community Center, Beacon for Him and AOC7 Neighbors. 

Our collaboration continues to grow.

Our community partners and various community groups bring donations and supplies each week. We received and have exhausted $5,000 in funding from the Long Beach Mayor's Fund to End Homelessness for basic necessities. Project Dignity partners funded the WeHOPE Shower and Laundry program for the first two weeks. County Supervisor Hahn funded the WeHOPE Shower and Laundry program for 10 weeks.
